We offer flexible monthly billing cycles that begin on the date of activation. You can pay using credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or through our mobile app. Auto-pay options are available for your convenience, and you'll receive billing notifications 5 days before your payment is due.
Roaming is automatically enabled on all plans. Essential plans include GCC roaming, while Advanced and Ultimate plans offer worldwide roaming. You'll receive an SMS notification when you enter a roaming zone with applicable rates. You can also purchase roaming packages through our app for better value.

When you reach 80% of your data limit, you'll receive a notification. If you exceed your limit, your data speed will be reduced to 1 Mbps for the remainder of the billing cycle. You can purchase additional data packages at any time through our app or website to restore full speeds.
You can change your plan at any time through our mobile app or by contacting customer support. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no fees for changing plans, and any unused data from your current plan will be credited proportionally.
